1. Introduction
ByteMark Digi LLC (“ByteMarkDigi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://bytemarkdigi.com (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit the Website, contact us, purchase a digital snapshot, or purchase our optional Installation & Configuration service.
This Privacy Policy applies to information we handle in connection with our Website and services. It does not govern the independent privacy practices of HighLevel, payment processors, or other third-party services. Those providers may have their own privacy policies.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
Depending on how you interact with ByteMarkDigi, we may collect:
Contact and order information: Your name, email address, business name, and details of the products or services you purchase.
Optional contact information: Your telephone number or other information you choose to provide when contacting us or requesting assistance.
Communications: Information you include in emails, support requests, questionnaires, or other messages sent to us.
Installation information: If you purchase Installation & Configuration, the business details, branding materials, setup preferences, approvals, and HighLevel sub-account information needed to perform the agreed work.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive login credentials through our contact forms, questionnaires, or ordinary email.
2.2 Payment Information
Payments are handled through third-party payment services integrated with our checkout. We receive information needed to identify and manage your order, such as the product purchased, payment status, transaction details, and information necessary to address a payment or refund issue.
We do not ask you to send payment-card details by email. Payment-card information entered into a checkout is handled by the applicable payment service.
2.3 Website and Usage Information
When you visit the Website, we and the services used to operate it may collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser or device information, pages visited, referral information, and interactions with the Website.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to support Website functionality, understand how visitors use the Website, and measure the performance of our pages and marketing. Additional information about these technologies appears in Section 6.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information as reasonably necessary to:
Process purchases and maintain order records.
Send purchase confirmations and deliver private snapshot import links.
Provide purchased Installation & Configuration services.
Communicate about setup requirements, scheduling, approvals, handoff, and support.
Respond to questions, cancellation requests, refund requests, and disputes.
Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Website and our services.
Detect or prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized activity.
Comply with applicable legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not use information supplied solely for installation to send unrelated promotional messages without an appropriate basis for doing so.
4. Snapshot Purchases and Delivery
When you purchase a snapshot, we use your order information and checkout email address to confirm the purchase and send your private snapshot import link.
We may retain records of the product purchased, delivery communications, and related support requests to assist with order fulfillment, customer service, refunds, and disputes.
The private import link is intended for the purchaser. Please do not publish it or send it to unauthorized recipients.
5. Installation & Configuration Information and Account Access
If you purchase Installation & Configuration, we will request the information reasonably needed to perform the service. This may include your purchased snapshot, business contact information, logo, images, business details, setup preferences, and information identifying the HighLevel sub-account where the snapshot is to be installed.
We intend to collect setup information through a dedicated questionnaire and coordinate account access separately. We will ask you to grant ByteMarkDigi appropriate temporary user access to the designated HighLevel sub-account rather than disclose your personal login password.
We use the access you authorize to perform the agreed installation, configuration, testing, and handoff. During that work, we may encounter information already stored in your sub-account, including contact records, communications, workflows, and other business information. We will use such access for the agreed service and related troubleshooting, not for unrelated purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to provide the information, materials, and account access needed for installation. You may remove ByteMarkDigi’s access after the agreed handoff, subject to any separately agreed follow-up work.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
The Website may use cookies and similar technologies for functions such as maintaining Website operations, remembering preferences, measuring page visits and interactions, and understanding the effectiveness of our marketing.
We use Microsoft Clarity to help us understand how visitors use the Website, including page visits and interactions. Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies and may receive technical information about your browser, device, and interactions with the Website. We may also use third-party providers for website operations, checkout, and other tools described in this Privacy Policy.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect Website functionality. Where applicable law requires additional notice, consent, or a choice concerning particular tracking technologies, we will provide the required controls.
7. When We Share Information
We may share information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate ByteMarkDigi and deliver the products or services you request. These may include providers of:
Website hosting, forms, customer management, and business communications.
Payment processing and transaction management.
Email delivery and customer support.
Analytics, security, and Website performance tools.
HighLevel and other services involved in the installation you authorize.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell customer installation materials or HighLevel account information as a product.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including fulfilling purchases, providing services, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary by the type of information and the reason it was collected. For example, transaction records may need to be kept longer than materials used for a completed installation.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete it or take other appropriate steps to dispose of it, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include limiting access to information and accounts to what is needed to provide the requested service.
No website, email system, electronic transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information you provided to ByteMarkDigi has been accessed or used without authorization.
10. Your Privacy Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to ask how we use or disclose it.
We will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Certain information may need to be retained for legal, transaction, security, or other permitted purposes.
Additional privacy rights may apply depending on where you live.
11. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our Website and products may link to or depend on third-party websites and services, including HighLevel and payment providers. We do not control their independent privacy practices.
Please review the privacy policies of those providers before supplying information directly to them.
